Olga Valeska - Fine art photographer

(GR) Η Όλγα Βαλέσκα είναι 21 ετών, αυτοδίδακτος φωτογράφος από τη Γαλλία. Από πολύ νωρίς, όπως ένα παιδί που βρήκε καταφύγιο στη φαντασία της, άρχισε να αισθάνεται πολύ ενδιαφέρον για την τέχνη της ζωγραφικής, σχεδίου, και τη γλυπτικής, κάνοντας τα δικά της αντικείμενα και κοστούμια... Κατά τη γνώμη της, η φωτογραφία είναι μια πραγματική μορφή τέχνης, και την προσέγγισε με αυτο-πορτρέτα, δημιουργησε τα δικά της κοστούμια και παρουσιάζεται διαφορετική, με χτενίσματα, μακιγιάζ και ρόλους. Εκτός από τα αυτο-πορτρέτα της, εργάζεται ως ανεξάρτητος φωτογράφος. Απολαύστε μερικά από τα έργα της:

(UK) Olga Valeska is a 21 years old self-taught fine art photographer from France. As a child she early found shelter in her imagination. She started to feel interest for art very quickly, through painting, drawing, writing, sculpting, making objects and costumes... At the age of 18 she started making some pictures but it was not until the age of 20 that she realized how fantastic a medium photography was, allowing her to combine all these passions. Indeed, according to her, photography is a true form of art: with the approach of setting and self-portraits, she creates her own costumes, her own sets, hairstyles, or make up and she plays roles...

In addition to her selfportraits, she also works as a freelance photographer and directs her models to make them fit in with her own world. She does not lay claim for self-portraits, as it is rather a way of telling stories than to flaunt. She also does not lay claim as a photographer but rather as a “creator of images”: because in the end, what matters is her world, which has always existed and will always exist, whatever the medium used to express it.
